Troubleshooting

1. When trying to scan, an error message says that the scanner can't be found.

   Ensure the scanner is powered on. See Initial Setup.

2. When trying to scan, an error message says "Code: -3, Scanner Hardware Error."

   Ensure your scanner is unlocked. See Initial Setup.

3. For other problems that occur when scanning gels:

   Ensure that the calibration window is not covered and the gel is placed properly. See Operation.
