Data-rich 2D and 3D Cell-Based Imaging, Faster Than Ever.
Data-rich 2D and 3D Cell-Based Imaging, Faster Than Ever.
The future of cell imaging isn’t just sharper—it’s smarter. Scalable. And faster and easier than ever. Atlas by LICORbio is the first imaging solution designed specifically for both 2D and 3D assays, delivering higher-content, higher-throughput images with unmatched speed, scale, clarity, and ease. This single platform simplifies workflows, eliminates inefficiencies, and captures deep spatial insights. All in a fraction of the time—and at a fraction of the cost—of competitive solutions.
Download BrochureAtlas simplifies 2D and 3D cell imaging with fast, precise screening. No manual adjustments needed. No data manipulation. Just high-quality images, quantitation, and seamless analysis—so you can focus on discovery, not troubleshooting.
Multiplexed fluorescence imaging of a vascularized, liver cancer spheroid in the organiX system from AIM Biotech. The sample was imaged using the Atlas™ Imaging System at 5 µm resolution, capturing the entire well in a single image. The video shows different focal planes obtained using the Z-stack function in Image Studio™ software. Each image shows Hoechst (DNA stain) in the 375Ex-460Em channel (blue), GFP expressed in the vasculature in the 488Ex-530Em channel (green), and Phalloidin555 bound to F-actin in the 520Ex-590Em channel (red). Co-localization is displayed for Hoechst/Phalloidin555 (magenta) and GFP/Phalloidin555 (yellow).
Multi-scale imaging supports both higher-throughput, full-plate screening (100-micron scale) and higher-resolution deep dives (5-micron scale)—all in one scan. Also, its unique line-scanning technology enables whole-plate imaging in under one minute.
Six lasers spanning UV to near-infrared (375nm–785 nm), plus LED RGB for epi- and trans-illumination, enable exceptional imaging flexibility.
Expansive focus depth captures entire 3D structures, like spheroids and organoids, with precision—no manual refocusing needed. The built-in luminescent imager enables cell viability and bioluminescent assays. It also has more than 30 channels with all imaging modalities combined.
No post-processing manipulation (e.g., stitching or illumination correction) preserves original signal for accurate analysis, better reproducibility, and faster workflows.
No need to adjust gain, exposure, or laser intensity—unmatched sensitivity and a patented optical system that minimizes background fluorescence ensure accurate imaging and quantification.
Works with LICORbio’s highly cited platform for acquisition and analysis—streamlining imaging, optimizing workflows, and enabling faster data.
