LICORbio Celebrates Launch of LICORbio Atlas Imager at SLAS 2026 with Two Solutions Spotlights

BOSTON, MA (February 9, 2026) – This week, LICORbio will unveil the LICORbio Atlas Imager, a next-generation cell culture imaging system designed to accelerate translational research, at the 2026 Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS) International Conference & Exhibition in Boston, MA. The launch will showcase the system’s revolutionary capabilities through Solutions Spotlight presentations by Janny Piñeiro-Llanes, PhD, and Rodrigo Cristofoletti, PhD, from the Center for Pharmacometrics and Systems Pharmacology at the University of Florida.

This launch represents the culmination of months of collaboration between LICORbio and leading researchers pioneering fields of organoids and New-Approach Methodologies (NAMs). Piñeiro-Llanes will present “In Vitro Avatars: 3D Bioprinted Colorectal Cancer Organoids for Clinical Decision Support” on Tuesday, February 10, from 4:00–4:20 PM, and Cristofoletti will present “Modeling Early Neurodevelopmental Vulnerability to Zika Virus Using Cerebral Organoids” on Wednesday, February 11, from 10:30–10:50 AM.

SLAS attendees are also encouraged to visit booth #738 to meet the LICORbio team, discuss their research, and experience the LICORbio Atlas Imager in person.
